Après plusieurs années comme avocat en droit du travail et de l’emploi, j’ai constaté les mêmes problèmes revenir sans cesse — politiques floues, contrats périmés et mauvaise communication.
J’ai donc fondé D&DCPD pour changer cette situation. Nous aidons les employeurs, les gestionnaires et les employés à comprendre leurs droits, leurs obligations et leurs options — avant que les problèmes ne s’aggravent.
Notre approche allie la rigueur juridique, la stratégie RH et l’expérience du terrain. C’est la conformité — mais humaine.

The Story Behind D&DCPD
Most workplace problems can be prevented through a combination of clarity, compassion and compliance.
D&DCPD Workplace Protection & Compliance Group was created from that belief.
After several years practicing labour and employment law, I saw the same issues arise repeatedly — unclear policies, outdated contracts and poor communication.
I founded D&DCPD to help change that.
We assist employers, managers and employees in understanding their rights, obligations and options — before problems escalate.
Our approach combines legal rigour, HR strategy and practical workplace experience. It is compliance — with a human approach.
