So I built D&DCPD to change that.

L’histoire derrière D&DCPD
La plupart des problèmes en milieu de travail peuvent être évités grâce à un mélange de clarté, de compassion et de conformité. C’est à partir de cette idée que D&DCPD Workplace Protection & Compliance Group a été créé.
Après plusieurs années comme avocat en droit du travail et de l’emploi, j’ai constaté les mêmes problèmes revenir sans cesse — politiques floues, contrats périmés et mauvaise communication.
J’ai donc fondé D&DCPD pour changer cette situation. Nous aidons les employeurs, les gestionnaires et les employés à comprendre leurs droits, leurs obligations et leurs options — avant que les problèmes ne s’aggravent.
Notre approche allie la rigueur juridique, la stratégie RH et l’expérience du terrain. C’est la conformité — mais humaine.
