Terry Wood

PFSL Bio_edited.jpg

Terry Wood brings more than 10 years of experience helping individuals and families strengthen their financial position, reduce debt, protect what they have built and work toward greater financial independence.

His approach is client-focused and education-based. Terry believes clients should understand the financial decisions they are making and feel informed, confident and empowered when choosing the strategies that are appropriate for themselves and their families.

Within D&DCPD, Terry strengthens our ability to support employees and their families when workplace or career changes have an impact on their personal financial security.

For our employee clients, his expertise can be particularly valuable following a termination, career transition, change in income or other significant workplace event.

These situations can raise immediate questions about debt, insurance protection, savings, investments and longer-term financial stability.

While D&DCPD can assist employees with workplace rights, options and strategic next steps, Terry can help them assess the personal financial consequences of those decisions and consider how best to protect their families and prepare for the future.

His role is particularly focused on helping families build a stronger financial foundation.  This can include reviewing life insurance needs, considering savings and investment strategies, addressing debt and helping clients develop a clearer path toward financial independence.

Terry can also support employees and families before a workplace problem ever arises.

By helping clients better understand their financial position and available options, he can assist them in building greater resilience and financial preparedness for unexpected changes.

His educational approach complements D&DCPD’s broader philosophy of helping clients make informed decisions.

Rather than simply presenting financial products, Terry focuses on helping clients understand how their decisions may affect their family, their financial security and their longer-term goals.

Terry’s involvement gives D&DCPD clients access to practical support in life insurance, investments, savings, debt reduction and family financial planning alongside our workplace protection and employee-support services.

Together, this allows us to help employees address not only the immediate workplace issue, but also the personal financial consequences that can follow from a major career or employment transition.

Terry’s goal is straightforward: to help clients build a stronger financial future with greater confidence and peace of mind.
